Update On Matching Process

To clarify for the flash exchange, additional tags will be used to improve matching between several options but not make a match if there is limited amount of people to choose from. People will be matched on fandom, ship, and prompts requested first and additional tags if possible.

For example, if Bob and Jane are the only people who match on fandoms, ships, and prompts, they will be matched. If James also matches on those things but Jane and him also have the additional tag "Steampunk Au" they will be prioritized over Bob as a match, but only if James hasn't also matched with Veronica, who can't be matched with anyone else.

Please take all of this into consideration when adding additional tags.

-participants will be matched primarily on fandoms, ships, and prompts

-unmatchable sign ups with be deleted. Please keep in mind you can enter the prompt meme at any time with any ships, fandoms, and additional tags

-an attempt will be made to net pinch hitters but you aren't guarunteed a gift and the exchange will adhere to the schedule
